ABSTRACT: The study investigates the damage caused by the actions of corporate psychopaths in the
workplace. Based on a literature review, the research analyzes the definition of psychopathy and
its negative consequences in the organizational context. Corporate psychopaths use
manipulative tactics to achieve their goals, harming colleagues and the organization. Victims
suffer from various symptoms, including depression, anxiety and loss of confidence. The research
highlights the importance of identifying these individuals in order to protect employees and
improve the organizational climate.
